Shipping in Colombia
  • We ship within Colombia using FedEx, and the shipping cost is $17,000 COP. You will receive an automated email from FedEx to the address you registered during the purchase process, containing the tracking number so you can monitor your order.
  • Delivery times will depend on the time and day you place your order, as well as the city where you live, as different times are handled for each zone. We do not dispatch on Saturdays, Sundays, or holidays.
International Shipping
  • We ship internationally using FedEx. The cost will be calculated based on the weight of the products and your location. Delivery time depends on the zone and your country's customs controls. You will receive an automatic email from FedEx to the address you registered during the purchase process, containing the tracking number so you can track your order.
  • We cannot guarantee whether or not additional tax charges will be incurred once the package arrives in the destination country, as each country has different customs legislation. These costs must be assumed by the customer receiving the package. Please check with your country's customs department to determine these costs.
EXCHANGES AND RETURNS

Product Exchange Request:

  • Product exchanges must be reported via our contact form or to info@soylatinlover.com, specifying the purchase order number, full name, cell phone number, and an explanation of the reason for the exchange. We will respond to this request and inform you of the procedure to follow.
  • Exchange requests can only be made within a maximum of 30 calendar days after receiving the product. After these 30 days, exchange requests will not be accepted.
  • If eligible for an exchange, the garment must be in the same condition as it was received. It must not have been used, washed, or damaged and must retain its original tags. If any of these conditions are not met, the product cannot be exchanged.
  • Once the exchange request is approved, the customer must cover the shipping cost of the product to Latin Lover®. Latin Lover® will cover the shipping cost for the return to the customer's address.
  • Promotional products are not eligible for exchange.
  • Socks are not eligible for exchange.
  • Mystery Box purchases are not eligible for exchange.

Product Warranty Request:

  • Product warranty requests must be reported via our contact form or to info@soylatinlover.com, specifying the purchase order number, full name, cell phone number, and an explanation of the case (attach photos). We will respond to this request and inform you of the procedure to follow.
  • Warranty requests can only be made within a maximum of thirty calendar days after receiving the product. After these thirty days, warranty requests will not be accepted.
  • The warranty will not apply in cases where the garment has been damaged by misuse, improper washing, accidental damage, among others. The Latin Lover® brand will analyze the case and determine whether or not it qualifies for replacement under warranty.
  • If the warranty request is approved, Latin Lover® will collect the product and send the replacement back to the customer's address in the following days.
